On the occasion of the “23rd Long Night of the Museums”, more than 1.700 guests visit the exhibition ]Myth of Germania[ – Shadows and Traces of the Imperial Capital. In cooperation with “Historische S-Bahn e.V.”, an association which takes care of the historic rolling stock of Berlin's City Railway, a new exhibition is opened: “Nordsüd-S-Bahn – Construction, Destruction and Ghost stations”. This show is on display until the midst of October. Several lectures complete the programme.
In the meantime, it seems to be something like a traditional barbecue: “The Bergfest” at the observation platform close to the Flak Towers at Humboldthain Park. More than 80 members are present and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets during this summer season.
Vernissage of the art exhibition “einhalten” ('backpedaling'): The art gallery “galleria graziosa giger” (Leuk-Stadt in the Swiss canton of Wallis) promotes six Swiss artists resp. group of artists at U8 Gesundbrunnen Underground railway station until September 27th, 2008.
Among others, a live coverage of the Zugspitze summit and various artistic installations can be seen on the platform of the Underground railway station. Berlin Underworlds' Association supports this exhibition which is on display on a very central public sphere.

On the occasion of the “Long Night of Sciences”, Berlin Unterworlds' Association welcomes ca. 300 visitors during ten guided tours in the AEG test tunnel at the Ackerstraße Campus of the Technical University Berlin, Berlin-Wedding.
Pick-up of the model of 'Germania' (elf metres in length) at Constantin Film Production in Munich. It will be shown on display at the forthcoming exhibition of: “Myth of Germania”.

The exhibition dealing with the Cold War (Tour No. 3) has been expanded by three bilingual display tablets (German-English) about the “Rudow espionage tunnel” .
In 2007, exact 108.298 visitors in 4.209 groups have seen the facilities of Berlin Underworlds' Association. On the website, appr. 635.000 visitors have come along. At the turn of the year, our association involves 254 member. Once again a remarkable result – thanks to all those who have participated in our work!
